1. Scope
Project scope, deliverables, timeline and fees are defined in the signed proposal or statement of work.
2. Payments
Invoices are due according to the schedule agreed in the project proposal. Work may pause while an invoice is overdue.
3. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, agreed final deliverables are transferred to the client. Working files, internal tools and pre-existing systems remain the property of their original owners unless otherwise agreed.
4. Third-party materials
Stock media, software, fonts and external services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
5. Liability
Services are provided with reasonable professional care. Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected scope where permitted by law.
